In this project an algorithm is developed for constructing Kirchhoff graph representations of rational valued matrices. A method is given for turning graph construction in a restricted space into a linear system that can be solved by linear programming methods if such a graph exists. This method is then used repeatedly for successively larger spaces until graph is produced. In conclusion the algorithm is used to generate several Kirchhoff graphic representations of matrices whose construction without the algorithm is highly non-trivial. This algorithm represents a tool that can facilitate further research into the subject of Kirchhoff graph representations of matrices.
