Rehabilitation of Mechanics Hall
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerMechanics Hall is an historic building built in 1852 in Princeton, Massachusetts. The project goal was to develop a plan to bring Mechanics Hall into compliance with current building code requirements. A field inspection was performed to gather data used to develop a Building Information Model. Due to the extensive use of building code, a Code Review was developed, along with a design and cost estimate for two proposed uses. The results were presented to the Friends of Mechanics Hall.
