open in viewerThe Namibia Business Coalition on AIDS (NABCOA) is a non-governmental organization that provides health services to private enterprises. This organization is shifting its focus towards providing services to Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). By identifying the health needs of SMEs, NABCOA will be able to further generate revenue. After conducting interviews with managerial representatives and receiving surveys from employees, we recommend that NABCOA provide general health services, mental health services, flu services, and partner with external health providers.
