Data quality problems are abundant and developing at a rapid rate due to the rapidly growing volume of data and information in the information age. There are several ways to prevent, detect, and correct data quality problems that may arise. This research initiative analyzes data quality problems and available solutions, while incorporating TQM principles to expand public awareness in data quality assurance.

This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
