For this Interactive Qualifying Project we made an in depth study of four cases where either personal injury or even death were caused by the result of a lack of regard of safety protocols. It was our purpose to examine each case and with our knowledge and experience as a growing engineer, place blame on the party responsible. We based our understanding of product liability and safety standards we achieved through reading "An Engineer in the Courtroom", viewing the "Art of Advocacy Skills in Action Video Series", and our own personal research and understanding.
