In conjunction with the International Board of Soil Research and Management and the Ubon Rice Research Center, our project explores the farming systems of northeast Thailand. The team conducted a number of farmer interviews to collect economic and agricultural information relating to farming practices and farm life. A nutrient balance assessment and socioeconomic profile were configured for each farm. The results of this project were presented to IBSRAM, the URRC, and the Thai Department of Agricultural Extensions.
