The goal of this Products Liability IQP is to learn and apply the basic concepts of products liability law. To gain this fundamental understanding, we watched nine videos that highlight the different aspects of a trial and read two books pertaining to the subject. Using this as a solid foundation, we analyzed three liability cases under the role of an expert witness.
