The increasing importance of computer technology and the Internet in today's society has been accompanied by the formation of a "Digital Divide". The division exists between those capable of benefiting from the digital age and those who lack the skills and resources required to achieve these benefits. We worked in collaboration with our sponsors, the Worcester Information Technology Project and the Business Inclusion Council, in conducting research into Internet access obstacles encountered by Worcester communities. Using this research and the information gathered in our proposal we developed a plan for addressing the "Digital Divide" in the City of Worcester.
