The Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE) in London is faced with the challenge of providing their Library's content to remote users. A feasibility study was conducted to determine the practicality and likely costs of providing electronic access to the IEE library. This document summarizes important background information on digital libraries, as well as describes the project methodology and outcome. Based on the research completed, a set of realistic options is offered to the IEE for making the contents of their Library electronically accessible to their members.
