The many advances in the field of genetics have created a need for greater knowledge and awareness in both the professional and lay communities. In order to help the Genetic Interest Group better direct [their] educational efforts, this IQP examined the initiatives among its member organisations in the United Kingdom to determine successful characteristics and make pragmatic recommendations.
