open in viewerThe non-proliferation of nuclear weapons is a process bound by cultural, political, economic and sociological factors. This project will increase the precision of the definitions and characterizations of these factors both qualitatively and quantitatively. A procedure is created that can be useful as a means for assessing a state's nuclear program measuring threat levels ranked and categorized into analytical scenarios.
