This project shows the feasibility and necessity of installing an electronic security system for the WPI campus based on various surveys, extensive interviews, and benchmarking studies. A benefit-and-cost analysis and an implementation plan are also provided. We find that this state of the art technology would reduce crime rates as well as improve the standard of living throughout all aspects of WPI experience.
