This project, prepared for the Puerto Rico Down Syndrome Foundation in San Juan, provides job descriptions for the Foundation. In addition, the project explores and evaluates sources for volunteers. With the planned future expansion of the PRDSF, it is important to closely examine its personnel structure, including volunteers. These goals were accomplished through interviews with PRDSF staff, questionnaires to parents of children who attend the PRDSF, questionnaires to college students, and through personal observation.
