This report evaluates the effectiveness of the CyberCycle job skills training program for the unemployed. It includes background research on the social psychology of the unemployed, training methods and motivational techniques used in the workplace. This research, combined with detailed interviews, observations, and the study of a successful model program provides recommendations on how to improve the training at CyberCycle. The results include adding additional staff, developing a reward system, improving communication within the organization, and increasing corporate involvement.
