Gordon Library’s organizational structure is comprised of five major areas – User Services, Collection Management Services, Archives & Special Collections, Systems, and Administration. User Services has the largest group of staff, incorporating Access Services, Interlibrary Loan, Instruction, and Reference. Collection Management Services incorporates Acquisitions, Cataloging, Preservation, and Serials. This executive summary highlights the accomplishments and events within each area, as well as major collaborative efforts across the entire library.
