The C term students prepared an anecdotal survey that was conducted in the North and South Ends of Springfield, MA. The survey was aimed at researching the top five challenges that each end currently experiences. Furthermore, the students conducted face to face interviews with business owners. The results were then used to identify certain urban planning prevention and improvement techniques. The final report consists of two sections and will be the foundation for the D term students who will address our recommendations in greater detail through focus groups. In addition, each section is a white paper that will be presented to its corresponding stakeholders.
