The purpose of this project was to develop systematic, yet relatively simple methods to collect and analyse demographic data, impact data, and marketing data for the Charles Dickens Museum in London, UK. The project group designed methods to collect data through a General Survey, a Socio-Economic Survey, a Comments Book, and Aztec Services, the program used at the Museum's till. Additionally, the project group created Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel files to analyse the data collected.
