The role of Werner Heisenberg during World War II and his impact upon the outcome of the German nuclear project has been widely discussed by historians for more than sixty years. Our goal was to find every piece of information that may give insight into events that took place at the time, allowing us to form a complete picture from which we hope to arrive at a conclusion regarding Heisenberg's role and influence in the Nazi atomic research.
