This report examines some of the barriers students face in accessing mental health services at their universities. The goal of this project is to understand the intervention plans, initiatives and services implemented by different bodies on university campuses to support university students’ mental well-being and evaluate the students’ perception of seeking mental health care. From my research I developed recommendation that aimed to bridge the gap between the services being provided to the students and student’s access to those services.
