Abstract

To help increase sustainability of seafood in Hong Kong, the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong created a Seafood Guide. In order to support this initiative we have conducted an awareness survey and gathered data on current labeling policies. The respondent reported an increased of awareness of sustainable seafood issues when purchasing after seeing the seafood guide and identified locations where the guide could be used.
