Public Perception of Windhoek's Drinking Water and its Sustainable Future
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerDue to ongoing water shortages and a swiftly growing population, the City of Windhoek must assess its water system for future demand. Our goal was to follow up on a previous study to determine the public perception of the treatment process and the water quality. The broader sample portrayed a lack of awareness of this process and its end product. We recommend the City of Windhoek develop educational campaigns that inform its citizens about the water reclamation process and its benefits.
