The key features of this system, named the Engineers' Cafe, are centralized online communication for program participants as well as general public, program participant feedback collection and user activity monitor. In addition to this system, procedure for a centralized participant application, program expansion and system upgrade were designed. A process for the complete implementation and marketing of the system has also been developed and documented within this report.
