An investigation of misleading or false advertisements was performed on the company Thane Direct selling the H2O Vac in a television infomercial. An in-depth look was done of this company and product, which included the purchasing process, physically testing the product, and returning the product based on their guarantees. Overall the product performed well, and there was satisfaction with the company of Thane Direct, leading to the conclusion that this company was not making false claims or advertisements.
