Abstract

Friendly House Inc., experiencing critical problems with a homegrown human management information system and stricter reporting requirements by supporters, required a new system to manage their clients and programs. Several industry standard alternatives, such as Service Point and ETO software, have been researched and a comprehensive assessment was performed on each. The outcome of our research and testing was similar to customer product reviews and ETO software outperformed Service Point to meet the needs of Friendly House, Inc.
