Abstract

Online appointment scheduling services have been used successfully in fields ranging from small, private businesses to large professional organizations. The goal of this project was to determine if these services could be used successfully in the academic environment. Through the beta-testing of NetAppointment.com for use with scheduling appointments for Academic Advising Day, it was determined that online appointment scheduling is much preferred to previous scheduling methods by both advisor and advisees.
