Previous WPI groups at Arthritis Care developed a Corporate Information Database. This system provided information sharing, but did not unify the systems of the regional and national offices. Additionally, it did not coordinate their systems with the central UK office's database. We developed a workflow system, nicknamed Flo, to address these issues. Flo provides access to information from the main database and allows it to be updated. This eliminates the need for the separate databases and increases information accessibility.
