Abstract

Salvador Dali (1904-1989) was one of the most famous artists of the twentieth century and one of the most well known artists of the Surrealist movement. He was an experimental artist whose works were influenced by mathematics, physics, and psychology. In this project, we explore the ideas in geometry, topology, differential equations, and optics that evoked and are evoked by Dali's art.
