Sturbridge Veterinary Hospital, a community based animal clinic, sought innovative methods to enhance their services for current and potential customers. Assessment of SVH's size and level of technological capabilities indicated that a Web site promoting the clinic was their best option. Utilizing creative design techniques, SVH's new interactive Web site will offer convenient automated services, ease of electronic communication and access to information for their clientele.
