The Commonwealth Journalists Association (CJA) is seeking to improve the quality and quantity of information available to its members and its small executive staff. This report, prepared for the CJA in London, England, describes in detail how an enhanced website will improve communication among CJA members and how two databases were created to keep track of membership within the association. Interviews and surveys were utilized in order to determine the desired characteristics of both the website and the membership databases.
