open in viewerThe current study is the forecasting phase of a proposed technology assessment. this report represents a prediction of what the moon and near space would look like thirty years from now if the USA and People's Republic of China (PRC) had a space race to the moon. Another objective of the project is to assess the likelihood that competition rather than cooperation in space will prevail.
