The Department of Education, Leisure, and Libraries of the Borough of Merton, had requested this project to determine how best to inform Merton parents and school staff about the School Reorganisation Project scheduled for September 2001. Data compiled through surveys and focus groups were used to determine the informational needs and wants of these groups. The results were analyzed and used to implement an informative, user specific web site that was publicized through school newsletters and posted flyers.
