The Fundación Costa Rica para el Desarrollo Sostenible, also known as Entebbe, believes that there is great apathy among young people toward political activity. We were commissioned to provide an initiative document for a new program, Redes para la Sostenibilidad, that would develop an online network linking youth and youth organizations in Costa Rica. Our diagnostic study of potential participating organizations that a social network between the interested organizations must be established before an electronic network can be successful. This report includes a detailed plan for the development of both a social network and on online youth community.
