The goal of this project is to design an intuitive web site so that conductors can upload their performances, and their instructors or students can easily review and comment on the video. This is realized by writing a pup web site utilizing a flash video uploading scheme. The concept and user interface is defined by recommendations by active conductors, as well as through meetings with possible reviewers that would have difficulty using a complicated interface.
