The Great Hall of Alden Memorial is the primary venue for musical performance on campus. This project measured the acoustical properties of this space and made recommendations for optimizing the space for musical performance, in the context of choral, organ, and orchestral works. This project also analyzed the performance of the original pipe organ in the hall, and suggested several methods of improving this performance.
