The mission of ACEVO (The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations) is to increase the effectiveness of the third sector. The goal of this project was to develop a functional and intuitive website for ACEVO in order to further their mission. To accomplish this, a process for developing a website was followed. That process is discussed and the information gathered through member telephone surveys, website content analysis, and staff participant observation is analysed. The new website increases the communication between ACEVO and their members.
