The original project concept was to survey about 100 transfer students and compare the results to those already obtained from the freshman population. Both MBTI and CIRP survey distributions were available for the class of 2005. Administration of the MBTI was top priority and about 30 were completed. We also created and got permission to modify UCLA's CIRP survey for use with transfer students. Significant MBTI distribution differences between the transfers and freshmen for the class of 2005 were found.
