Abstract

The purpose of this project is to assess current customer service levels within the Office of Procurement and make recommendations for improvement. Interviews were conducted with Contract Administrators and Contractors to evaluate customer service. The interviews focused on the strengths and weaknesses of the procurement system, response times to contractor inquires, and inter-office communication methods. Recommendations were made to the Procurement Office to revise the procurement regulations and provide training for Contract Administrators and Contractors.
