The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHNd), located in London, provides extensive care for people with neuro-disabilities. The RHNd aims to improve employee satisfaction in order to maintain its high quality staff. We conducted a survey, personal interviews, and focus groups to create a series of recommendations. These recommendations address the areas of stress, communications, manager relations, and respect. Improvement in these areas should allow the RHNd to productively manage its staff and retain its recognition from Investors in People.
