This IQP outlines the methods that were used at the Forest Grove Middle School to accelerate the level of learning in the standard level classes. The process involved taking the talented kids from the class and placing them into a faster-paced, more project-based curriculum where group work was highly emphasized. Introduced within this report are teaching methods, observations, and suggestions for creating a more comfortable yet exciting environment for the Middle School students.
