Abstract

This paper focuses on the impact Russian-Olive (an invasive exotic plant species) has had in the United States. The report includes a detailed description of the properties of the tree, arguments both for and against cultivation of it, and descriptions of where and how this species has become established and/or naturalized. Methods of control are presented and examined as a possible solution for inhibiting the spread of Russian Olive.
