This project involves the design of the Goddard Memorial Park. The park is to be a passive recreation area for the city of Worcester located near the Worcester Municipal Airport. The park is a memorial to Robert H. Goddard, a native of Worcester and a scientist who devoted his life to science. The scope of the project includes researching documented accounts of successful parks, a land survey of the parcel of land, a proposed design for the park, a cut and fill estimate, and a total cost estimate. The design was completed in cooperation with the Robert H. Goddard Committee.
