Wilkes, John M.
This project is a follow up to the initial space initiatives report by Elko et al, (2004). The current report is a review of economic, political and technological implications of a space race between the United States of America and the People's Republic of China. Oour team considered the added implications of technological breakthroughs not considered in the prior report. This report also considers the effects of American public support in the success rate of NASA and its plans to return to the Moon.
