This project, completed at the Denmark Project Center, provided the Danish Cyclists' Federation with information regarding the advantages and disadvantages of allowing cyclists to make a right turn on a red light at an intersection. This study required surveys, traffic observations, focus groups, and interviews. The maneuver was determined safe at most intersections, and guidelines for proposing a change to the traffic code as well as implementing the law were provided.
