This proposal, prepared for the Asociacion de Industrias Productoras de Agregados (AIPA) in Puerto Rico, examines the supply and demand for construction aggregates on the island of Puerto Rico. Working from published sources and surveys, we provided AIPA with current and forecasted data regarding the production and demand for aggregates. We also identified and investigated several problems common to producers. This report provides AIPA with data that can be presented to government agencies to support the interests of the industry.
