Abstract
This report describes the importance of the Environmental Picture Post Program and how we believe it will broaden the participation in the program by citizen science groups around the country and the globe. The outdoor picture posts allow for reliable data to be collected, showing changes in the environment. An analysis of data by monitoring plant cycles, tracking plant species, and monitoring plant growth is provided. Also included in the report are informational pamphlets to increase interest in the program and describe the process of building a picture post and also for taking, uploading, and using pictures of vegetation for analysis.
