Abstract

This report, prepared for Capability Management, investigates the methods and processes required to market "guide book" consulting programs on and off the Internet. The report examines background information on market status, security issues, and marketing techniques. Through several small case studies and interviews, we devised a preliminary marketing plan that could later be developed into an effective marketing plan. The report also investigates the societal aspects of moving from face-to-face communication to different forms of electronic communication and how this new consulting product follows the trend.
