This paper summarizes a semester long Interactive Qualifying Project of student teaching at Worcester Technical High School. Connecting the theory of education to the classroom, this paper is sectioned to analyze the ways in which I have exhibited proficiency in the six Candidate Assessment of Performance (CAP) essential elements. Each section comes with supporting evidence in the form of lesson plans, handouts, student work, exams, and student feedback surveys. This paper concludes with a final reflection on the experience as well as goals to be taken further in years to come as an educator.
