In this paper, the different factors that affect ethical decisions and the current environment of behavioral ethics in professions will be explored. A survey was conducted to try to determine what behavioral factors affect engineers in an engineering environment. Finally, a case study was made surrounding the Florida International University bridge collapse and the ethical decisions that caused it.
