Parque de Diversiones is a non-profit amusement park in La Uruca, San Jose, founded solely to raise funds for El Hospital Nacional de Ni1os. The goals of this project, conducted for Parque de Diversiones, were to make recommendations to improve the efficiency of four park rides and for the creation of an emergency evacuation plan. Recommendations were based on research of international standards and other parks' best practices, combined with an analysis of park records, direct observation, and interviews with our sponsors and park employees. -
