iProcess is a TIBCO product that is standardized for business process management (BPM) in Barclays. It is used to automate business processes where human activity is required. The team was tasked with researching into iProcess and building a framework for developing applications to manage exceptions, which are cases that deviate from normal situation and need to be handled by human intervention. This framework will allow Barclays to develop programs to detect and close many types of exceptions over multiple systems.
